On 21 November 2025, the LINGUARISE-DC consortium held its third plenary meeting in Brno, Czech Republic, bringing together partners to review progress and align plans for the next phase of the project.
Taking place the day after the first DIGIT-HLTP evaluation workshop hosted by ARCHER, the plenary built directly on the initial evaluation feedback. Partners discussed how early results from the common challenge framework will guide refinement of the LINGUARISE-DC platform, from core language technologies to integration and user-facing capabilities.
The meeting covered overall project status, with updates from all work packages on technical development, data and evaluation preparation, user engagement and communication activities. Particular attention was given to planning for Year 2, including the roadmap for upcoming evaluation campaigns, priorities for system improvements, and coordination across research, engineering and end-user needs.
By combining strategic discussion with detailed technical planning, the Brno plenary ensured that LINGUARISE-DC moves into its second year with a shared vision, clear milestones and concrete actions to strengthen its contribution to the EDF human language technologies challenge.
